We want your design to be absolutely perfect. To dedicate studio time to your custom creation, we operate a simple 4-step deposit system:
1. Secure Your Slot (Deposit): Purchase this listing to pay your initial design deposit. In the checkout notes, tell us your theme, character, colours, custom name, and age. (If you saw a design in our gallery you want us to recreate, just mention it here!)
2. The Design Phase: Our design team will hit the digital drawing board. We will reach out to you within 24-48 hours with a digital CAD mockup of your custom topper for you to review.
3. Approval & Final Balance: Once you are 100% happy with the digital proof, we will send you a link to pay the remaining balance. (Custom toppers typically range from £14.99 to £24.99 total, depending on size and complexity, minus your initial deposit).
4. Print & Dispatch: Once approved and paid, your design heads to our high-tech 3D printers and is dispatched to your door!

🛡️ The Cheese Wax Barrier: To ensure total hygiene, each spike is hand-dipped in certified food-grade cheese wax. This creates a smooth, non-porous barrier that prevents any contact between the 3D-printed layers and your cake.
🛡️ Single-Use Hygiene: To maintain the highest safety standards, the wax-coated spike is designed for single-use only. While the risk is extremely low, we do not recommend reusing the topper on a second cake once the original wax barrier has been cleaned or disturbed.

⚠️ Care & Re-use Instructions:
Our toppers are designed as premium, single-use cake decorations that transition into permanent keepsakes. After use, wipe the spike gently with a damp cloth. Please note that cleaning will remove the protective food-grade wax barrier; therefore, we do not recommend the topper be used on a second cake. Instead, display it with pride as a lasting memory of the celebration! Note: Not dishwasher safe. Avoid high heat to prevent warping.
