Postage & Delivery

At Five Wishes we want to get your custom pieces to you as quickly and securely as possible.

Order handling and dispatch

• Fast dispatch: we aim to dispatch your order the next working day, and always within 2 to 3 days.
• Tracked as standard: every order is sent by tracked post so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Need it for a particular date? Message us before you order and we will do our best to fast-track it from our UK workshop.

Couriers and tracking

• Our carriers: we primarily ship with Royal Mail and DPD. You can choose your preferred shipping service at checkout.
• Tracking: once your order is dispatched you will receive an email or text message with your tracking link. Parcels may need a signature or a delivery scan on arrival.

We may choose the most suitable courier for the size and weight of your items, so they arrive safely.

Scottish Highlands, Islands and BFPO

We are happy to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses at our standard UK rate, with no unexpected surcharges. Delivery to these places can take a little longer because of courier routing.

Delivery delays

We dispatch promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for transit delays outside our control, such as extreme weather, courier network disruption or Christmas peak season. You can follow your parcel with the tracking link in your dispatch email.
